At Furniture World, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number and photos of the item to start the return process.

  • 2.
    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions.

  • 3.
    Schedule Pickup or Shipping

    For small decor, use our prepaid label; for large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup from your residence.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
